Hamish was stunned. “Do you seriously know her? Don’t tease me!”
“Not only do I know her, but we’re also pretty close,” Bonnie replied smilingly. Her confident tone
assured Hamish that she was not joking.
“That’s impressive, Ms. Bonnie! Everyone’s searching for Windbreaker. I didn’t expect you to know

Immediately after, she heard a knock on the door and asked, “Who is it?”
“It’s me.” Ivor’s low and attractive voice echoed.
Bonnie spoke into the phone, “I still have something to attend to. Let’s talk later. I’ll hang up now.
What’s wrong, Ivor?”
“There was a sudden thunderstorm just now, and Tracey had an accident on the way here. Since
there’s no one available to cook right now, I came to ask what you wanted. I’ll cook for you today.”
“You can cook?” Bonnie was surprised.
